Is it difficult to bring a pet, cat or dog, overseas if my Air Force husband is stationed in another country? We already have a cat that we would be bringing into whatever country we get stationed in, and were wondering what we have to do to bring it overseas. We want to get a dog as well, but if the process is too expensive/difficult, we'd like to know so we can just do it after we move

1. It can be. many countries require a quarantine at your expense, which can be months, so you will need to check with the country you are going to. also, call the airline for pet shipping charges and requirements. the military may know more as well.
