I use feline pine cat litter but my cat keeps spilling and tracking it everywhere. How to stop it?

Should I use new cat litter? I don't really like clay litter though. Should I get a taller litterbox or just use less cat litter?

1. We use wood stove pellets (same thing basically). I would try a deeper pan and only cover the bottom with enough where you don't see it. No need to be putting in inches of pine pellets. Get a mat or towel in front of the litter box for when he jumps out to get any "sawdust" off his feet.
2. I have the exact same problem as you. I use Feline Pine and I end up vacumming my bathroom 3 times a week. I tried getting a taller litter box. I really like the litter but now that I heard about you having problem with Feline Pine I might switch. So I can tell you that taller cat box and less litter won't work. So you can just vaccumm it up like me, or get a new litter. Hope I helped.
3. I was told to put a rug outside of my litter box when I got my kitten. That was you can just go shake it out outside every couple of days. They have special mats at WalMart for this also.
