Does anyone know where I can find Siamese cats for sale?

My mom wants another cat and she wants a Siamese and I told her that I would find her one. But I cant seem to find anything, can anyone help me out here?

1. Go to your local book store or pet store with a note pad. Look for the magazine called "Cat Fancy". In the back pages you will find a lot of pages for breeders. Many have pictures and all the information you will need. These are professional cat fanciers that are reputable. Be careful who you buy from! Try to find someone local in the pages so that you can actually take a drive out and see the operation. I feel very confident though with the companies that advertise in their magazine as they have a good reputation or the magazine would not allow their adds.
2. You might want to try a local, breeder friendly rescue group. Some rescue groups are involved in purebred rescue and will have Siamese. This way, you will be giving a cat a second chance instead of buying one from a breeder. You can use www.petfinder.com to look for a group with Siamese. You can use the default search on the top left, or you can use the search for "Find Animal Welfare Groups" to search through each rescue group. Good luck!
