- have you had your cat fixed... b/c my cat is the same way... after he was fixed he lost alot of weight and he has the flabby belly skin lol
- It can be a sign of worms. You can get pills for it at pet supermarket. Bring the cat with you, and they should be able to tell you if that's the problem. Some cats just have a sag of skin there too, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
- Some are naturally like that. It probably isn't skin as such, just longer hair. If he's otherwise fit & healthy, nothing to worry about.
- Its not worms.... dont worry about that, You had him neutered didnt you? GOOD JOB!!!!! for some reason all male cats when the get neutered have this little droopy tummy, I dont know why, both of my males have it and they are the picture of health, Its normal dont worry about it
- Many cats develop a "pooch" after being fixed.. not sure exactly why, but it's common if you had your boy fixed a couple months ago, or even more recently, You could now just be seeing that "neuter belly" develop No big deal.. just continue to watch his weight and activity level and make sure you're not overfeeding..
- well if u fixed him thats kinda wat happens haha my cat mayo (like cinco de mayo not mayonaise haha)and ccookie bothwere skinny fit cats but wen they got fixed they looked like kirsty alley wen she stopped jenny craig lol
- Erm... are you sure that it is a "he" and not a "she"? Female cats are more likely to have a pronounced saggy belly to hold babies comfortably. Male cats have them too - but they are smaller, especially on young males cats. I wouldn't worry about it either way though :)
